BASF and CVPMA hosted the Hands On Termite Treatment Workshop in which pest control technicians learned proper termite treating techniques. The workshop was held at a home in Richmond that had active an termite infestation. The home featured basement, crawl space, and slab construction with brick foundation walls. This allowed the teams to work on a variety of treating techniques as the termite treatment was performed. Both classroom and field training was provided, and technicians earned recertification credits for thier pest control applicator's licenses.

CVPMA members joined to help prospective members learn about the benefits of joining the association. 

Proceeds from the tournament help fund the CVPMA Scholarship fund.
